Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GBZone ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

GBZone is operated by GBZone, based in the Netherlands. These terms are governed by Dutch law.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You may only hold one account per person
• Accounts are personal and non-transferable

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This includes:

• Keeping your password confidential
• Not sharing your account with others
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected]

GBZone will never ask for your password via email or chat.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GBZone to:

• Commit fraud, misrepresent cards, or engage in deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post fake, stolen, or counterfeit card listings
• Attempt to hack, probe, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission
• Post content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes copyright
• Violate any applicable Dutch or EU law

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content on GBZone you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on the platform and in marketing materials.

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

We use automated moderation to detect illegal or inappropriate content. Content flagged by our systems may be reviewed by our team before publishing.

6. Marketplace and Payments

GBZone may offer a marketplace for buying, selling, and trading cards between users. When this feature is active:

• All transactions are subject to additional marketplace terms published at the time
• GBZone may charge a platform fee on transactions
• GBZone acts as an intermediary only — we are not a party to transactions between users
• Payments may be held in escrow until transaction completion
• Disputes must be raised within 14 days of transaction completion

7. API Access

API access is available by application and approval only. If approved:

• API keys must be kept confidential and not shared
• Usage is subject to rate limits published in the documentation
• Automated access that degrades platform performance is prohibited
• We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time

8. Intellectual Property

All GBZone branding, design, software, and original content is owned by GBZone and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Card images, team logos, and sports league marks are property of their respective owners. GBZone claims no ownership over third-party intellectual property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, GBZone is not liable for:

• Loss of data or profits arising from use of the Service
• Actions of other users on the platform
• Interruptions or errors in the Service
• Transactions between users on the marketplace

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

10. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. Deletion is subject to a 30-day grace period during which you may reactivate. After 30 days personal data is permanently erased.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. In serious cases (fraud, illegal activity) termination may be immediate without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continued use of GBZone after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

The current version and date are always shown at the top of this page.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
